YAP-WEB joins parkinsons.org.uk

After 4 years of Yap-Web, with its different 'looks', the webmaster has accepted the offer by the PDS to have pages, under the editorial control of YPN,

This has become inevitable, since the opening of the forum on the PDS site. A forum was piloted first on Yap-Web and the idea was implemented on parkinsons.org.uk.

There is also a very able web team of Liz Winthrop and Sharon Giles, Liz being the webmanager and Sharon the Editor, again an idea suggested by Yap-web.

 The amount of hits has declined as most newly diagnosed look at the PDS site first.

Hence, the plan is to:

1: Set up a editorial team

2: Consult members 

3: Transfer pages not already duplicated (by September)

4: Re-think the information Young Parkies want

5: Last stage do younger parkiinsons pages (by 2009)
